- We continuously keep Diversity in mind when hiring by developing our recruitment and selection process to mitigate for unconscious bias.
- We make everyone aware of our diversity policy and equal opportunity policy at the onboarding stage.
- We have ongoing training for unconscious bias, and how to support and include different groups.
- We check for pay gaps at the annual salary review and at bonus calculation.
