Our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Activities
Ervia launched a Diversity and Inclusion Council in 2019. This program of work has been branded as ibelong. The initial focus of the D&I council was on the D&I strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Communications and policies. A D&I strategy has been produced and the strategy is being delivered. The HR policies have been reviewed from a D&I perspective and gaps have been identified and the policies are being updated. Employee resource groups have been established in the following areas: the ibelong women’s network, the ibelong rainbow network, the ibelong family network and we are launching an ethnicity network in the coming months. These Employee resource groups are very active.

Ervia staff are diverse. Ervia wants to ensure that all staff feel that they belong and that they are valued and that there are equal opportunities for all staff.
We made a commitment to our staff that we would be as inclusive as possible, creating an environment;
- where each employee feels safe to bring their full self to work
- where we acknowledge the importance of diversity in decision making by making changes to our processes to guarantee a level playing field for all.
