Our Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Vision

Our Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Activities
In 2024 the following D&I initiatives have been approved by the executive leadership team:

D&l Strategy | Develop a comprehensive global Diversity & Inclusion strategy for Recordati and implement measures on a global scale. |
Global D&l Network | Create a global network of D&ll Champions representing all countries where Recordati operates to co-create the Dal agenda and make it locally come to life. |
D&l training plan | Develop Diversity & Inclusion training programmes for our employees at all levels worldwide. |
D&l Intranet Page | Develop and publish a new DBI Intranet Page. |
D&l Policy | Develop and launch a Recordati Group D8l Policy. |
EU Diversity Charters | Sign the EU Diversity Charters in all relevant countries where Recordati operates. |
Integrate D&l into the business | Partner with business leaders and integrate D&ll into the business, starting from HR processes. |
Our Reasons for Signing Diversity Charter Ireland
Becoming a signatory to a Diversity Charter means not only taking a stand for diversity and inclusion. It also provides access to vast peer network, publications and supporting tools for benchmarking, measuring and monitoring.
