Our Reasons for Signing Diversity Charter Ireland
We believe in “Inclusion without Exception”.
TCS believes that with a diverse workforce and an inclusive as well as enabling work environment, we are better prepared to meet the complex demands of a dynamically changing business environment. TCS has made an important strategic decision to embed diversity and inclusion in how it inspires, leads, and manages an inclusive workplace. The Diversity and Inclusion function at TCS, called Leadership and Diversity (LEAD), operates as an independent unit reporting to the CEO.
In Ireland, TCS has 1,500+ employees serving multiple global clients and we are committed to effective diversity management, championing equity and preventing discrimination. 33% of our Irish workforce are women which is significantly above the 21% IT Industry standard.
